Activision once again punished Call of Duty: Warzone scammers. Developer Raven Software has banned 13,000 more accounts in the popular battle royale game. Call Of Duty: Warzone is constantly blocking cheaters throughout the wave of bans. The company had previously blocked 20,000 people from Call of Duty Warzone cheaters.
Call Of Duty: Warzone ban: No gate for cheaters
The studio did not provide details on who was banned for what reason, but we can assume it was because of the trick or some other bad behavior Raven wanted to eliminate. After last week’s ban, Raven has fulfilled its promise to continue weeding out scammers and other malignant players in online play.
Eliminating cheaters in Warzone was an ongoing battle for Raven and Activision. The studio announced earlier this year that it had already banned over 300,000 accounts, and new waves of bans were coming in regularly.
There are millions of players on Warzone. In a game of this size and scale, there will always be malicious gamers trying to ruin other players’ experience. But the producer and publisher companies are also doing their best to prevent this.
Activision is busy cleaning up the mess from Warzone. The company will continue to do so by implementing the following measures in the future.
